Unless noted, classes are free to YMCA Members (M); $6 per class for Program Members (PM).

Limit 3 per year for guests.

Hi/Lo Aerobics -- An upbeat aerobic workout focusing on conditioning, strength, and flexibility movements.  Circuit conditioning and step moves are incorporated into this class.

Super 60's -- Low-impact aerobics, strength conditioning, and stretching for the active older adult.

Cardio Combo -- Cross training styles (Step, Hi-Lo, Body Sculpt, Kickbox moves, Boot Camp and more ) integrated into one class format.

Flexibility & Balance -- Blends Yoga and other disciplines with flexibility and balance.  Please bring a towel. 

Body N' Soul -- This class is divided into 30 minute periods.  First we'll get you moving with an intense cardio workout, then we'll switch gears and focus on sculpting, and after all of that we'll cool down with a Hatha style yoga stretch.  Come to one 1/2 hour section or come to all of it!

Saturday Sculpt --This is a class that will sculpt your entire body using light to heavy weights and using other tools such as band, stability balls, and medicine balls.

Step and Sculpt Class-- A cardiovascular workout to burn fat, increase endurance, and tone the lower body. Incorporates a variety of class formats all using the step.  The sculpting portion uses different tools such as stability balls, weights, bands, and medicine balls to tone the rest of your body.

Cardio Kick Boxing -- A high endurance and intensity workout combining the elements of martial arts and aerobics. Hand wraps are required.  ($5, available at the Member Service Desk)

Y Pilates -- Pilates is known for its benefits:  body awareness, posture and core stabilizations. Techniques designed by a man named Joe Pilates of specific postures to enhance and work the "Powerhouse" -your abdominal and back muscles.

TAI CHI -- Tai Chi is a rhythmic art form that allows the utilization of the whole body creating excellent circulation and respiratory response. * $25 per month for members, $40 per month for non-members.
