LOW (L) - MODERATE (M) - HIGH (H)
AQUAEROBICS (L/M/H) - Increase your endurance, strengthen and tone your body by using water resistance exercises. Weekday mornings, "water volleyball" is incorporated into the class.
PRIME TIME (L/M) - A water exercise program for mature adults, works to improve muscle tone and elevate the heart rate to a level that will improve your cardiovascular system.
HINGES AND TWINGES (L) - Gentle water exercises for easing arthritic discomforts, while improving joint mobility, increasing muscle tone and enhancing circulation.
MORNING STRETCH (L) - A gentle stretching class that combines Yoga and Tai Chi to calm and focus the body and mind so you can focus on the tasks of the day.
CARDIO SCULPT (Hi/Lo Aerobics L/M/H) - An upbeat aerobic workout focusing on conditioning, strength, and flexibility movements. Circuit conditioning and step moves are incorporated into this class.
SUPER 60's (L/M) - A class especially designed for the active older adult. This class utilizes low-impact aerobics, strength conditioning and stretching.
PILATES/ YOGA FUSION (L) - This new class is a great end of the week, noon time relaxer that combines the disciplines of yoga and pilates.
BODY N' SOUL (L/M/H) - This class is divided into 30 minute periods, getting you started with an intense cardio workout, followed by sculpting your body into shape, and finally ending with a cool down with a Hatha style yoga stretch. Come to one 1/2 hour section or come to all of it!
SATURDAY SCULPT (L/M) - This is a class that will sculpt your entire body using light to heavy weights and other tools such as bands as well as stability and medicine balls.
AM CORE WORK/POWERHOUSE/HARD CORE (L/M/H) - These classes focus on strengthening and toning the core. The core includes your abs, glutes, and back. A great workout focusing on the parts that everyone wants to improve on!
BOOT CAMP (M/H) - This is a higher intensity class that focuses on sports drills and calisthenics.
WILD CARD TUESDAY (L/M/H) - You'll never get bored with this class! Every Tuesday expect a different instructor and it's instructor's choice as to what class is offered. This Tuesday it may be step and next may be Pilates. Please see the board outside of the multipurpose room for instructor and class format.
Y PILATES/CARDIO PILATES (L/M) - Pilates is known for its benefits: body awareness, posture and core stabilizations. Techniques designed by a man named Joe Pilates of specific postures to enhance and work the powerhouse- your abdominal and back muscles.
BOXING CHALLENGE (M/H) - This class is an intense hour of boxing drills based on American style boxing format.
TAI CHI (L/M) - Tai Chi is a rhythmic art form that allows that utilizes the whold body, creating excellent circulation and respiratory response. *Free for members, $40 per month for non-members.
